To always be the most loyal and innovative partners

We have decided to make our quality systems more accessible by organising our programme of progress and continuous improvement within the body of a proper project Group, known as « ISO Corporate ».

The quality policy, followed by all employees of the Group, is a « policy of excellence “ for the service of our clients. It is laid down by the Management in line with the Group strategy, the requirements of the client and the reference standards.

By giving a high level of responsibility to every single person, it aims to work in such a way that it is our business culture that is the guarantee of the quality and performance of our businesses, not its structures.

The system rests on three pillars :

  • A collection of the processes defined by the cartography of the process which reflects the practice at the « T » moment.
  • Progress reports to allow the different parts of the group to converge towards the cohesion in the quality process.
  • Tools to implement the steps of progress and to periodically measure its efficiency by indicators.

The « ISO Corporate » project is not a goal but a stage in a common, constructive, simple and positive progress dynamic. In today’s extremely competitive world in which we evolve, it is critical to our long term future.
